Returns

• If you are not happy with your items you can return them to us within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided they are unworn, have not been modified or altered and have not had their labels removed.  We cannot accept returns for earrings for hygiene reasons.

• If any items are found to have been worn or damaged without prior notice, the refund request will be cancelled and the item returned to the customer.

• Return Postage: Items with are not damaged or faulty and are returned to us in a resaleable condition must be returned at your expense. We recommend using a receipted and insured postal service or courier as we do not take responsibility for returned items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
